Ignatieff thinks Harper is "un-Canadian"

Maybe the guy should look in the mirror...

  • “You have to decide what kind of America you want...It’s your country just as much as it is mine.” (C-SPAN, June 17, 2004)
  • “I want to make it clear; there isn't an anti-American bone in my body. I love the republic I live in.” (Sunday Edition with Michael Enright, CBC Radio, Sept. 16, 2001.)
  • “I think that one of the ‐--‐ that almost the nemesis of American power is that we are deeply hated and simultaneously supposed to have magical powers.” (Charlie Rose Show, April 28, 2004)
  • Ignatieff told an interviewer that “the only thing he missed about Canada was Algonquin Park”. (Maclean’s, November 20, 2006)
  • Ignatieff described the Canadian flag as “a passing imitation of a beer label” (The Observer, July 8, 1990).
  • Ignatieff said, "Quebeckers walk around with this fantasy of how different they are, but they are just North Americans who speak French...They take the minor difference and magnify it." (Globe and Mail. April 2, 1998)
The guy truly does speak for himself.

Boy oh boy this guy is really hopeless. Nobody calls people un-canadian. That in itself is an American thing to do. They say people or things are "Un-American." Iggy is an American.

Love when he lectures us about Canadianess

If anybody would know what is unCanadian, it is him. How dare he lecture ANYBODY on being unCanadian!? When is a reporter going to ask him if he loves Canada?

What a nerve. This from a guy who just got back to Canada after being away for 35 years. Now he wants to be the prime Minister of the country and he is lecturing us. This election has gone to his swollen head. He's been in the lime light a bit too long and it will get worse. Some people lap up his slop. Pathetic. Wait till they feel him in their wallets.

Alex, nobody calls people "un-Canadian"? Well, the Liberals do. They accused the whole West of being unCanadian when we were up in arms about The Old Crooked One ratifying Kyoto. So now Iggiot is REALLY starting to sound like a Liberal.
NO QUARTER

Here's what I don't get...Iggy makes an ad that says the Conservatives have accused him of not being Canadian...(which they didn't) then he can claim that the Conservatives and Harper are Un-Canadian

I am so waiting for Harper to unleash on this guy during the debate

NC, did cretin actually say the west was "un-canadian?" I have never heard that word uttered until today. It describes itself best. I've heard that plenty of things are un-american or un-christian but un-canadian doesn't sound right to me.
