Yeah, that oughta stop 'em -- UK gov't to disrupt BBM

In a total knee-jerk reaction, I can't believe the British prime minister is even considering this draconian move which will do nothing to thwart riots.

“Free flow of information can be used for good. But it can also be used for ill. And when people are using social media for violence we need to stop them.”

Ok, so disrupt Blackberry Messaging.  Then what?  Facebook?  Twitter?  The Internet itself?  Or how about texting and phones altogether?

When will politicians learn?
